Wills
We offer a personal and efficient service advising and guiding you through the process of making a will, to ensure peace of mind that your beneficiaries will be provided for upon your death. We can also advise as to any tax implications.

Following Death
We can assist executors in obtaining Grant of Probate and the administration of the estate, either advising executors as how to deal with the matter themselves, or conducting the administration ourselves to relieve you of this burden

Lasting Power of Attorney
Advice is available for those wishing to nominate others to deal with their affairs in the event of mental incapacity by entering into a Lasting Power of Attorney.

Contentious Wills, Trusts & Probate
We can advise in relation to contested inheritances, disputes over validity of Wills and Powers of Attorney and claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
