Hart Brown's Trust & Investment Department specialises in dealing with the two certainties in life - death and taxes. Our team of trust and tax lawyers and financial planners provides an integrated, specialist, independent wealth management service to clients at all stages of life. We aim to help clients to build and preserve wealth for themselves and their families through careful financial and tax planning. Our Trust Section can draw on over 100 years combined qualified experience in advising on inheritance tax, wills/powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts and tax. Our Investment Section, through its FSA authorised financial planners, provides a wide range of investment related services, including portfolio management, investment advice generally and pre and post retirement planning. We can also advise on and arrange life assurance. We consider the broader picture.
