Wills
It is important to ensure that your estate is divided as you wish. If you do not make a will, pre-existing rules will govern what happens. We offer advice on will drafting, choice of executors, tax and estate planning. We have links with Accountants and Financial Advisers and will ensure that your will is tax efficient for you and your successors.
Power of Attorney
In situations where you or a relative is becoming infirm, it is often sensible to make a Power of Attorney, giving legal powers to run your affairs to someone you know and trust, thereby ensuring your best interests will be served in the future. We can draft Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney and deal, if necessary, with the Court of Protection.
Probate
After a death, there are many procedural and legal issues to face. We will assist in a sympathetic way with each step required and give advice on any variation to a will, to ensure the testators' wishes are effected in the most tax efficient way.
