Private client

The Department handles all aspects of private client work, including probate, financial planning, trusts and settlements, powers of attorney, personal taxation, residence and immigration. Typically we are instructed by clients to advise and prepare wills so as to utilise all available exemptions, to give advice on tax-saving devices, assist on the administration of estates, or advise on the creation of family trusts. We also have extensive experience of the administration of charitable trusts, created either by will or during the lifetime of benefactors.
