Our charges are calculated on a strict time basis plus a small percentage of the Estate (normally between 0.5 - 1%) in line with Law Society guidelines. This compares favourably with High Street banks who levy a fee based on a substantial percentage of the Estate, irrespective of the amount of work involved.
