Deceased and their Will 

The deceased will have probably been totally unaware that their beneficiaries may have encountered difficulty in identifying the location of their Will. Unfortunately it is a common problem in the UK to be searching for a loved ones Will.

Searching for a Will was somewhat hit and miss prior to the launch of the Certainty National Will Register in 2008.

Generally the deceased will have made their Will at a solicitors firm who will hold the original for safekeeping.
